Jannike Sørensen

Jannike Sørensen er rådgiver tilknyttet DATAPUB-piloten. Jannike har 30 års erfaring som leder og partner i store internasjonale selskaper og har de siste 10 årene arbeidet som rådgiver.

Jannike was when she early-retired in October 2010, Executive Partner in IBM Global Business Services Nordic. She was Nordic responsible for Human Capital Management Services. Jannike had to early-retire due to her long lasting health condition negative progress.

Since joining IBM through the PriceWaterhouseCoopers Consulting (PwCC) acquisition late 2002, Jannike Sørensen was in several leadership positions both locally in Norway and Nordic. She was instrumental in the change efforts in the Nordics after the acquisition of PwCC globally in 2002. Key focus areas in addition to leadership roles, has been strategy advisory services for large global clients with special focus on program/project management, change management, transformation driven by technology, human capital including optimizing talent, learning activities and organizational design.

Prior to her last role in IBM, Jannike Sørensen had a long career within advisory services / consulting firms since 1985. She has been working as a consultant within most industries. She has been in different general management positions with profit and loss responsibilities since 1998. Nordic Leadership roles since 2002.

Jannike Sørensen has been active as mentor and coach cross Nordic for both females and males, in addition to focus in the diversity agenda in IBM Nordic and Europe. She has experience as board member, amongst others in IBM affiliates in Denmark. Since 2010 after retiring, she has been second in command board member in Oslo Jazzfestival, in addition to some mentor activities.
